I enter to my Warcraft 3 and the Models looks Glitched and the cursor is Missing

I'm guessing that your graphics card is dying, plain and simple. Are you playing the game on the laptop, right?
I'm not talking about the game version since you're playing on the latest official patch by Blizzard, so I think it might not be patch-related.
If your graphics card isn't dying, you could try updating your graphics driver. It may help you solve any problems with graphical artifacts in-game.

Try playing around with the video options. Enable-disable stuff and see what happens. Also try playing on the lowest graphic performance settings.

That's very strange. Have you ever posted your laptop specifications first (DxDiag)?

It could as simple as your graphics card in your laptop is currently in broken state. Might also be something like your system. Considering the fact Reforged uses a higher amount of memory consumption, especially when you used the Reforged graphics, it is possible you need to lower down your game settings as deepstrasz said or killing any unwanted programs with your Task Manager so that you have a sufficient amount of memory consumption.

Yes, i have one Warcraft 3 with the Versión 1.27 and runs well

it's amazing what a huge number of bugs blizzard has made in recent years and here a person is advised to check the ‘drivers’ of the video card, as if it's 2004, when drivers were still broken. Nowadays things like drivers don't break anymore, they just work, often without even installing them. You can't break a graphics card in such a way that the game works but the character doesn't show up. It's a bug in the game and I have the same thing and not only me.

You might as well testing the other versions of Warcraft 3 to see if this problem persists. This thread might be useful (get either 1.29 or 1.31).
If you get only invisible model for UD/NE birth animation (or the spell-related ones) when using that versions, it's related to the Alt+Tab thing.

Well, if you restart the mission in the campaign instead of loading the previous saves, those invisible models aren't appear. That might occur if you attempt to load the previous saves. Also, you can't even select that unit/building while it's invisible.

Turns out that new Blizzard patches broke everything. I believe in the vanilla ROC campaigns, you are always forced to use the updated TFT stats, among the other bugs.
