Animated UI

I was wondering if its possible to make an animated UI like the in-game zerg UI. If anyone could even give a clue please do tell

It is most likely done in flash .. I have nothing to confirm this though, and no idea how to get it working .. I'm sure Blizzard will inform us soon as the game and final editor is going to launch

hmm flash? just imported the swf file in? hmm gonna test this as i have worked with flash.
