Animated Skin Needed

Hey everyone! I am trying to reskin the blood Mage from Warcraft, and I would like his cape to be almost equal to that of the Mr. Moon cape from th newly released Littlebigplanet 2. My only problem so far is that I have been unable to get an texture similair to the inside of the Mr. Moon cape. I would appreciate it if someone could make or find a texture like this. Ty guys

You can't animate textures, you need to animate the model itself.
