Animate broken animanited model? pls someone?

Hey guys,i found on some russian website a wc3 model,its arthas with drums,but his animations are broken well ill attach the model and hope someone can delete the current anim and make him just something simple like him slaming the drums with the sticks.
This is not my model,and i do not intend to take credit for the model,i just want this fixed so i could use it for my own purposes!
