As I stated on the last skin, a skin must contain sufficient shading for it to be accepted. This skin is monotone and uses a single shade of blue. It contains almost no detail, and appears as a blue/green mess in-game.
If you would like to learn to skin properly, feel free to check out some of the skinning tutorials in our tutorials section. I would highly recommend reading Mr. Goblins Tut.
