Well from a YouTube search, the mechanics would be constant blink (Omnislash-type), a lot of shattered-glass-simulation screen filters for the enemy player and a lot of air knockback. From my experience, it can work pretty well, but not perfectly - see, what would make it look good is the target units to have a variety of stand - hit and Wounded animations (namely, from World of Warcraft). However, this would have an impact in the gameplay, because according to the video I watched, the enemy is not supposed to move.
