[General] A hero with negative HP regen

It just doesn't die.
If I set the negative regen to units (not heroes), they die.
There's nothing in the gameplay constants what so ever.
How would I go about this?

Just give them a hidden ability that gives minus regen.

Errrr I think I found the solution.
It seems units with divine armor can't die from negative hp regen.

As Kobas said it, code the system as in, trigger the health drop by causing it to damage the target by itself.
Register the unit in a loop interval once the unit-type of that unit enters the map.
