A Build System

I have a question. I have tried making a C&C like based construction system but i still didnt know how to base it off(by abilities?). I have seen some maps which had buildings that CAN SUMMON buildings and i dont know how they did that? Any idea how to do that?

I guess you should use Build Tiny Great Hall ability. with added cast range.
