A blank SotDRP.

SotDRP is dead, and the official forums have been taken down.

There were rumors that there would be a release of an open source SotDRP.. but no delivery.

I want to make a few maps for a closed group (wouldnt be released to the public) but.. there's no template out there. I tried seeing if any of the old unprotectors worked but no dice, most of them let you view everything but the instant you hit save it breaks the entire map.

So.. anyone have any ideas? I can't code JASS at all and can't for the life of me figure out how to do it on my own.

I tried a google search for "SotDRP" and "SotDRP" template and nothing turned up.

Well the official SotDRP (the actually official) I heard is not updating because Anarki (the main creator and triggerer) made a Clan and they play private maps. Instead of making SotDRP's he just makes updates of those private maps instead. How ever, I heard Symmetry from the old SotDRP Team is working into the "new" Roleplay public maps with Omega_spirit, and ScoobyDooby-Doo. This is one of the reasons Roleplay is dying, because makers such as Anarki is keeping stuff for themselves, and their Clans. But however I am not really worried as I am planing joining that Clan of his into Europe. About the rumors you hear on the Internet and such, you don't need to even trust them. The new map is called RotRP by the way, and in my opinion SotDRP series was the best, as RotRP is only a copy of SotDRP that is made without any permission, and SotDRP is made from stratch. Yeah right, RotRP is the new source of map and it has some more stuff like models and buffs, so what? If it took them long time to do that then how long would it take to make a whole SotDRP?

If you wanna make those maps for closed beta you should contact Anarki he will probably help you, try to check out Europe Server. He helped me too when I asked something from him on Hive.

well there is a an Open source of Sotdrp.. only 1 i guess... its kinda a vanguard map... I kinda used to edit a lot there X_x [of course... i keep it on my own, cuz i dnt have permission... messed it a lot for my own private pleasure :"> XD ]

also i want to contact the author of Sotdrp maps too , want to edit all of the map to kill time, but i kinda dont have idea to contact them...
