how can i convert a 3dsmax 2010 model to .mdx
and what the programs/script i should use to do it?

Neodex exports the model as .mdl, then you can just use Magos to save it as .mdx, or use the mdl<>mdx converter on the tools section...
so: .max to .mdl ? and mdl to mdx in magos?

Yup, you could read BlinkBoy's animation tutorial on the tut section... there's also a tut about unwrapping UVWs for texturing... ^_^
