1.24 bug or not?

guys ive seen a map (with 7800mb) after that when i go to local area network or battle.net it doesnt come message like "the map size is too big please choose another map" it let me host a bigger mb of the map

coz from the new patch it increases map sizes from 4mb to 8mb
