Sorry, that's how it is in WoW. That one is extracted I don't know how to modify it. Regarding the second, doesn't it happen with all of them? Any icon, you don't know who it is if you don't know the character.

I was stating its hard to see and therefore hard to make out who it is. Not everyone knows every character in video games.
