I feel like they could have ice sickles coming off some of the structures and maybe some more snow on top of them as well because you got the "cold" look down but just needs more love i suggest.

A simple but very effective edit of the City Structures to make them snowy and Northrend themes. Very useful for mapmakers and the effects have been pulled off very well. Approved as Useful/Simple.
