I think you should differentiate his armour a little bit. There's too much "mountain king" in him at the moment.

Well, as a modified unit-version of the Mountain King, I say 'spot-on'... I like the additions but I guess I agree with Deolrin, could use a tad more differentiation. For me the big issue is the weapons; maybe switch it up a bit. That's the most visible part of this model, after all.

i feel there would be neat to have just a touch of TC on both weapons, and the beard wrap is irking me, lol

Those aren't ears, it's the helmet X)
And it's definitely a Dwarf.
I like the idea. Can be used as a Mountain King brother.

Maybe he could have two hammers or two axes instead of the same weapons as the Mountain King?

I'm a fan of this model, I think changing one or both weapons would be a good way to differentiate from Mountain King

This model is good,but please replace the hammer with something,like another axe,because now his weapons are Mountain King like.
