Demoess(XYZMoon's version) (Model)

I think you’ve got it wrong. For AI modeling, first of all, it cannot control polygon counts and edge loops; secondly, its UV unwrapping will never be as neatly laid out as the ones I made for my textures. This is a promotional video covering the production process of this model, feel free to check it out if you’re interested. 【月真模型】模型重制之爆改痛苦女王_哔哩哔哩_bilibili
Perhaps for modelling, less or none but the texture surely has AI in it even if it's not wholly AI.

I just downloaded the model and checked the BLP files, they have quite clear hand-paint traces, maybe there was AI usage during the concept stage, idk, but at least I didn't find any obvious AI trace in the textures.

The hand-drawn shading on the texture is excellent which makes it much more likely that human work was used rather than any AI in the process of generating the texture.
Still, the low poly style of skinning for Classic models doesn't really do this model justice in terms of animation. But I guess for Classic mode that is as far as you can take the model. Otherwise, skinning it using SkinWeights is better.

Exactly what I was trying to prove about only human painters being able to get shading correctly lol...
The AI-generated image on the right can't get shading correctly, there are two sources of illumination bright enough to make the appendages on the girl's headset cast shadows from both opposing directions, but the visor on the hat casts its shadow in only one direction (and it's not even the same direction as the two previous shadows).

I'm just pointing out it's not 100% human, the texture.
