Warsmash has an issue of aligning the binary with the game data. So for example, if you play Reforged 1.32 then it has Reforged 1.32 art files, and also code. If you play Patch 1.27 then it has Patch 1.27 art files, and also code.
Warsmash code tries to be able to play with both 1.27 art files, and also 1.29 art files and also 1.32 art files, and these are all organized completely differently. But rather than auto-detect, it expects the user to go and edit a file to tell Warsmash about where to get the data. If you downloaded the Warsmash EXE from hive, there should be warsmash.ini and also warsmashLegacy.ini. The one called warsmash.ini works with Patch 1.29, and the one called warsmashLegacy.ini should work with 1.28 and below.
