"why he is banned?"
As I understand it, it wasn't any one particular thing, but he amassed enough infractions to reach 'ban' status, at least until they expire.

Tillinghast was an incredible model maker & artist but that guy was really antagonistic & irascible. Just real unfriendly & often quite rude, at times. Little patience for others. He routinely got into arguments/insulted others, so it's not surprising that it eventually reached 'ban' level.

I do still miss his models, though. v_v
