The 0 is the first frame, and the 1000 is the last frame. If you look in the Sequence Manage, and click on the animation name of the animation you want to check, you can see first and final frame in "To" and "From" in the interval section.
Saw your model. The place in geoset animations where you selected frames and colors, the "Interpolation Type" should be "Linear" instead of "None" so that the color change is animated.
Hey. I'm having an issue with animations.
I f use triggers to play the animations of some doodads, only those on screen play and those off-screen start playing them once I move the screen towards them.
That is a weird warcraft quirk. You might be able to have an animation that is just dark, and then play the transition animation and then the "just dark" animation.
Hmm. I don't quite understand. How would that solve that problem? I mean the transition takes time so if I move during that time, new stuff coming on screen will still play that transition from the start :\
I'm thinking of having it triggered but it's annoying.
Basically, to have 3 animations like you wrote but all other doodads off screen would play the end transition animation.
Keep the animation you have, add another one where it is just the darkest part. When the first animation is finished, run the second on, so that when the player sees the new models, the transition is not displayed. Kinda like morph animations.
