I need to understand why the Huntress that is fully armored has Unarmored, and the archer that has only a bikini has medium armor ...

Bikini armour cuz fantasy is stuphed sometimes. Boob armour and naked belly button and other parts of the body is just silly cuz it's pretty much useless, in real fight enemy would go for naked parts so.....

Because tier one either has Heavy or Medium armour... and they wanted to have a ranged unit instead of melee like all other three races.
