well im from germany, its different from your windows 7. i have windows 7 too. but i cant tell you where to find this exactly in english

you go to control panel, then to "Time, language and Region" and you click on change format of date, time and numbers(its the small blue text under Local and language settings) and go to "Additioanl settings" and change the "," to ".". Interesting enough, it works good for me, and I also have "," as delimiter, but it may fix it for you

Try reinstalling and then repatching WC3. If it loads other new maps fluently, it is your map's fault.

I am no mapper and I do not know who to trigger stuff.
But I think it would be good if you just update your Wc3 to the newest version via battle.net.

Hello, it sounds like the script is outdated. After patch 1.24, certain parts of coding became obsolete. Try this: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/general-mapping-tutorials-278/make-map-work-patch-1-24-a-165482/

In case you can't run maps with contemporary coding, you need to give me details. Are you using GUI or Jass? Have you updated WarCraft III to the latest patch?

well.. only one i know is Tank-Commander, but i'm really not sure if he still does anything war3

again, stroll the map section and see the map-makers.. tip; look for well done maps, but not for super-good, people that made those probably don't have much time on their hands

that probably means your map has triggers that are missing something, like variables, or units, or even have code glitches..

I'm not really sure what that could be, and i can only suggest asking someone who knows more about map-making.. stroll around the maps section and try asking the map authors

I am only specialized in making models, not really in general map-making

You might have some issue with game patch perhaps. Make sure you have the latest patch 1.26 and save your maps from Editor after this patch. I really lack the knowledge on this matter, perhaps Hive help forum would present a better help.

Oh... yezzz...

You simply copy everything that has any connection with the spell you want to use to your map. Then you fix some trigger lines and test it if it works.

Look, it's too much to write, why don't you just check ou some spell importing tutorials?

So what would like to know? any specific spell or overall importing?

There are tutorials here on Hive how to import a spell, but if you download spells, they usually have "how to import" in of of the triggers.
