No problem hun.

First off you need to put the map in your maps section.

-> Go to your Warcraft folder, wherever that is.
For instance, mine is here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Warcraft III

-> Then click the folder named maps.

-> Click the folder named Downloads.
You can either put your map here, or you can create a new folder.
If you create a new folder you can put all of your own maps in here and it will be easier to find.

Well there are two different pictures you can change for the most part.

In the top right corner, click on UserCP and from there, on the left is a list of options.
The two images you'll want to change are the Avatar and Profile Picture.

The Profile Picture is displayed in the top left corner to those who visit your profile.
Your Avatar is displayed on your posts on other people's profiles and on any threads.

For instance, these are mine.
