The Wildhammers are a clan of dwarves that primarily reside in The Hinterlands and Twilight Highlands after the War of the Three Hammers. Renowned for their close bond with gryphons, they treat these animals as equals in battle instead of pets, leading to numerous successes in the Second and Third Wars. They also value nature and have close ties to shamanism.

Traditions of the WildhammerThe Wildhammer Clan playstyle includes having your army be at the edge of death to have vastly improved combat capability. This ability can be toggled off and on at any main structure to provide quick health regeneration for your troops up to 50% hit points, but cannot be healed passed 50%.

Alternatively, the Wildhammer Clan may use Celebratory Feast to heal their armies.

RageArmies of the Wildhammer rely upon their rage to fuel the battles. Most units have a passive ability that only becomes active when they are at or under 50% hit points. Tides of battle can be turned once your army takes more damage.

This Clan focuses highly on the offensive and has no armor upgrades but their weapon upgrades reach tier 4.

Air SuperiorityTrue to their name, the Wildhammer Clan employs powerful air units to support their armies. Though expensive and food costly the air troops are invaluable to any battle.

Economic AdaptationFinding abundance of wealth in the desolate lands of Hinterlands and Aerie Peak had made the Clan adapt at conserving and gathering gold.
Upon Tier 2 the player may upgrade gold harvest rate.
When units are killed the player regains 10% of their gold cost.
Units cost only gold, but are more expensive and food costly.
