1. The eyes are very big, I'd suggest scaling them down and slightly push the left - his right - eye.
2. The very strong outlines for the nose, try smoothing them out, never use pure black color for shading!
3. His lips are plump, whilst some men have plump lips, I'd suggest toning it down a little bit for a more aggressive look.
3.5 Remember, the top lip is never as bright as the bottom lip: Lip Tutorial
4. The face is very round, males are usually more square, try "squishing" the head together, just a bit.
5. I might just be confused, but remove the high light edge at the top unless it serves a purpose that I don't understand yet!
6. The left side - his right - needs more highlights. The cheeks and brow/forehead are rather flat on both sides of the face, not as round as we usually imagine. Try adding some highlights at the left side.
7. Cloth usually doesn't shine this much unless it's silk. Very minor problem though, as most stuff in Warcraft is glossy.
8. My quick paintover. I moved the eyes and made them smaller for a more aggressive look. Added some shade from the hoodie at the top of his brow to create the illusion of depth.

I removed most black colors, smoothed them out with purple and red tones. I smacked on some highlights on the face using a bright green color, as the hoodie is lit up by something. Added orange back lighting in an attempt to make the picture pop a but more.

I really like the sickening colors of his jaw - red and green - so I tried to simulate it as well, you did a better job than me though. I added a strong jaw line with a green color to make it pop even more.
