Restores 100 mana over 30 seconds to a friendly unit and increases it magic damage dealt by 25% for the duration.

Dispels positive buffs from enemy units, and negative buffs from friendly units. Friendly units become magic Immune for 45 seconds after successful dispell.

Deals 500 damage to summoned units.
