Face it, how can that many 'Kill' messages appear at the same time without waiting for him to respawn, unless you are waiting at the well.
But then, that can only happen during early game, but who says you'll live the towers that are guarding The Sentinels' base. Also, IceFrog didn't put too much terrain work on the map, so pretty much that can't be it.
