The thighs look nice, but i think you have some of the proportions wrong, especially on the torso. I suggest you find some images of anatomy studies and put them as a background image to compare it to your model, something like this.
To put a background image in your viewport, you simply select the viewport (by clicking in it so that the yellow box appears around it), go to the "views" tab (i think that is how it is called), then find "viewport background". In the window that appears, you select your file and check "view background", then you choose what the fit should be (match bitmap, viewport, or rendering output - just experiment). Sometimes you may have to open the window again and press OK to make it show the image.
