Work in progress. Trials are unlocked by finding the hidden Trial Master on each stage. Trials reward the player with blueprints for fusion items, as well as credits, tech items and fusion components.
@deepstrasz Indeed! I've always loved the classic combine voice, and thought that it would be perfect for cyborg enemies serving as cannon fodder.
The song is Lightbringers by Lost Years! I want this map to have an 80s, kind of arcade game feel, so I figured that outrun and synthwave would match pretty well
