Or was it only in some campaigns, not sure if also under the player's control? Can't remember.

I'm not a big SC2 historian but I believe it made it into the alpha/beta but it was so absurdly overpowered that they completely removed it from multiplayer xD But it does show up in campaigns from HotS as an enemy yep
