Third Phase of attacking a city : Combat versus the garrison (which depends on the buildings present in the town (and its size))
You can move or attack/move your regiments around. If they're not in a fight, they will rearrange as a proper regiment, according to the number of units per row you specified (that you can change dynamically during the battle)
For now, especially with attack/moving, it is still a bit a mess (like in TTW in big melee fight though ^^)
Note : you cannot control each individual unit (which are unselectable thanks to the locust/chaos abilities combo), but every order given to the regiment (Flag) is given to each unit (e.g : if you want to activate some ability, or simply move, stop etc...)
