thanks Heinvers and stein123, the very first 3 stages are mostly (fully?) animated, the tent, the fishery, and the armory sets, or stand/stand upgrade first/stand upgrade second.

the mesh moves with the animations, stand work, stand work first, and stand work second.

the tents sails and seaweed/netting flap in the breeze, the fish wiggle side side, and one fish gets continuously throat chopped by a mur'loc shell blade and then tossed into the bucket of other fish, the third work animation adds sail flaps and lights for the armory extension, in reference to warcraft 3 unit training structures and their golden lights at the doors.

the births are animated as well, birth, birth upgrade first, birth upgrade second, inspired by age of mythology style building, via pieces of mesh appearing one by one over time until the entire version is visible, some pieces move into position instead of just appearing, adding a lot of life. each birth animation is inspired by town halls and their ''upgrading'' hence the various versions of birth being unique, and adding new pieces, making it bigger and bigger.

none of the others are fully animated though. leaving only 3 currently fully working tiers.
I could upload it as is, and have people start to figure out how to use it, if only to finish the other 4 tiers later. but never got around to it I guess.
