You Know Celestina Has a underground city right?
So... That means the mines are basically highways. Suprised not to see any of the Guards like humans.
Basically the City of Celestina is broken up into 6 Islands and the Very Center is special.
Magic- Dominated by Elves
Military- Mixed
Religious- Humans are dominat
Agricultural- farily mixed
The Forge- Dwarves and Draconian and now goblin
Political- Basically where every race gathers.
And the Center is the Civilain City. Here is also the entrance to the underground parts of the city. Where The Vault, where all rogue mages and demons are kept, The Nethergem and also their is the Guardian Towers, which are kept the secerts of the alliance. Also is the Guardian Temple in which the Grand Guardian Council is held, Which is where I am located along with the other Grand Guardians. So yep
Thats the layout of the city. But There are 2 other great cities. The City of Water and Fire are located in the Isles.

Oh man ... I am interested in the underground. Might wander a lot inside xD

Unforunately You have to be a Guardian, or a Jackal or a Very Powerful Alliance Leader. And ever since you are not a any of those you are not allowed into those areas. Like the Guard Tower, the Vault, Guardian Temple, etc. All the areas of the underground are held the worst convicts that have been found. If none of you guys remember my pick about me going incredibly angry. I sent out my Guardians and Jackals to capture murders, rouge mages, rouges, the worst of the worst. Where we would hold them. But there are some parts of the underground that are not off limits. I.E the mines, the civilian underground city. The Alliance Jail which has no really bad convicts. The Embassies, and also I think there may be the powercore. Which once held up the entire city. But we had to land it. Ever since the city was falling apart.
