Scarlet Texturing

So I've got the model almost where I want it, with maybe a few tweaks here and there. I've still got one animation to fix which will be... very difficult. In the meantime though I've started on the texture. I got rid of the tabard and decided to make the chest plate into a tabard instead.
The normal texture and ORM are textures that are applied on top of the diffuse texture that you see here. They determine how the texture looks depth wise and the ORM can give a metallic look or other kinds of effects.

Very interesting model. Although the hair looks a little strange (artificial appearance)
You could put some armor on your chest.
The cover looks great. If the model you were based on was a peasant, how was the cover animation inserted without existing?

Yeah the texture for the hair looks fine its just RMS that makes it look funny.

The chest is a breastplate, originally there was a tabard on the model however it didn't look right so I instead decided to convert the chest piece into the "tabard". So it's still metal armour but with a kind of enamel emblem on the front or at least that's what I'm going for. I will add a bottom half of the tabard.

As for the animations, editing the animations for this model were extremely frustrating and painful especially considering the original model had a hammer. Indeed I try to make all my models look unique and be as different from their original as possible.
