Im pretty sure you can change the color of the gold +7 in the game play constants, Cant exactly remember where, but you will find a 255/255/255 section where you can control the color, and change it to blue, in my example back in the day it was a deeper darker orange/bronze, but you could change it to blue if you wanted.
I think some of those values cannot be seen easily, and you have to do something annoying in your settings for them to show up.
you can change the gold coin/tree icons as well, but not from the game play constants, the only way I got those types of changes to stick, was to import a custom icon into the map with that resource icons file path as its location, re-skinning the icon textures as supposed to changing its icon.
I like your terrain tiles, they look pretty awesome too. And your cliffs, they look awesome too.
