Well, three Hippie-leaders came through a weed portal in the park in Stomwind and because the Dreadlords have manipulated with the Hippie-brains the Hippies think that Demons are the good guys... Therefore Hippies wanted to officially ally the Burning Legion... But since some of the Stormwind inhabitants hates Hippies a Demon leader called Ned'ealik said "I must answer my leaders about that..." - And since Herian is now controlling his good guy and Herosh is in northrend, the highest ranked still-user-controlled leader in Stormwind is Plagueye...
Highest rank is hold by that Nathrezim group "Council of Ten'Zul". Or now by Diablo but I don't think he minds hippies. But best is to talk to Chr2 and CyberDuelX16.
Well, Cyber have not yet come to Stormwind - Also one of the three Hippie Leaders was a Dreadlrord from the Council of Ten'zul called Xegranth the Burning. And Chr2 said he would make a picture about Plagueye making the decision once... But I guess he forgot... -.-
