oh goodness I've seen this one before, a few times, one time it was with triggers, but this one can also be caused by saving a map with a model inside it that has negative rotation values on hermite type bones with letters inside the equations instead of numbers, and it can also be caused by having a building placed ontop of a small piece of defective terrain regardless of its custom altered placement needs, its a common one, hard to avoid really.
I managed to control alt Z undo function it all back one time.
im glad you managed to figure it out =)
Edit: it says ''TRIGSTR'' but I think thats only coincidence to due with something during the ''saving'' part (specifically to due with triggers). I managed to artificially induce it with all those mentioned 3 ways.
Edit 2: if you notice it starts to happen alot more often in the future, try to back track and make sure its not something imported --
