What needs to really look different is the Blacksmith, the Workshop, Lumber Mill, Gryphon Aviary and Arcane Vault to totally differentiate it from original material. But I guess you were going to do that. I presume the aviary wasn't on the list since you mentioned 4 buildings, and that one looks edited.
I am afraid that there might be a bit of problem with the teamcolour. Grassy roofs are very important here but the team colour is easy to miss. I think you might need to add some random blue painted shields on the roofs for decoration.
You are right but I could argue that given how dark the stones are on the other buildings, it might need a retexture. The gryphon motif and runes are something from Wildhammer culture but with a different set of stones the building should still look different, despite the design being the same. Theoretically, ignoring game limitations, Alliance buildings in Outland should have red or black walls. The technology and design would be the same but the material would change slightly. Similarly here, we could argue that Wildhammer built the gryphon roosts from different stones, depending whether they did that in Lordaeron or in Wetlands.
