@PrinceYaser: maybe you are just not used in using it? Imo it's just as intuitive as the World Editor, just with more features and less limitations.

No. But it can surely be achieved inside war3 at full fps. I made a demo map for it a while ago for a terraining contest, but I thought it'd be unfair so I didn't submit it.
