All the land belongs to you two equally, except for your headquarters, but I guess this on the pic is the governmental building.

This is awkward since the Machines exterminated everything on Kezan, the only survivors were those who sailed away(since Machines werent prepared for water travel) and settled on shores of the continents and other islands of the South Sea Oo
Because if there were goblin survivors on Kezan they would have long rebuilt everything, so... ITS A TRAP! Those are goblin pirates from other islands and they want to capture those workers as slaves!

Not really. I;ve seen that model and I understand.. by the way, since team color doesn't matter for this icon, you could like make it neutral-passive to get rid of the unrealistic glow...
