Hmm, maybe you could make the hair less blonde and more towards brown like in the original? Also, it should be a bit more fluffy. Basically, just try reproducing the original Warcraft II image as much as possible.

I liked this variation without a beard and with a big mustache.
Now he see looks like a traditional peasant.
The Reforged has details as the main basis of the models. I believe in creating a more realistic map in the future, in which to create the generic units (Peasant, Peon, Grunt, Footman, Raider ...) in the Random style for replacement after being trained.
In a moment a peasant with a mustache is born and then another with a blond beard.
