Man, those shoulders and that weird thing on her back are the main reason why I almost never use this model.
Didn't pay much attention to her leg bandages tho, but I'd add that warden's animations aren't the best in the game.
@xISLx That thing on her back is a bow. That model was originally meant to be an Assassin unit during the alpha stages of Warcraft 3. Night Elf Assassins were removed from the game and the model got reused as a Warden model for RoC campaign.
(1) turning this into a priestess is a good idea for the future, thank you! For now it remains a modification of the assassin/warden.
(2) I concur with you, ISL. The current work I'm doing on this is: (a) fixing the horrible cape animations at the best of my abilities, (b) planning which animations to add: the main targets i've identified are the succubus's and illidan's animations, but I'm looking into it.
(3) A Void, it may be as you say but just look at that thing on the back. It's definitely something different than a bow.

This unit model doesn't need that but one or two elvish daggers.
