that looks amazing, but I think you need more polys on the arm, either where it attaches to the body, or perhaps as some exterior armor that hides where the tentacle touches the body, perhaps more tentacles?
I think more polys and more bones to detail the arms would go along way to improving its quality. but it looks really good so far bravo.
edit: a very useful piece of mesh I once made my tentacles out of was of all things, the trunks of tree doodads -- specifically out land mushroom trees -- perhaps they could be of use to you now
Is that a custom texture? I don't remember the Faceless Ones having such a dark and pale shade of purple.
Other than that, it seems like a polygon on the neck area is stretching a bit on the first panel of the attack animation
