Got this screen after launching the game through the "Test Map" button in the editor. I'm afraid I would have been unable to play the game if I clicked no so I just exit the game to desktop instead. Persistent fuckers....

Open Windows Firewall and register Warcraft III exe and Warcraft III Launcher in Outbound Rules, that should stop the update messages from popping up.
