I remember we also had an oil discussion in the lore lovers group. In Warcraft II they used oil as one of three collectible ressources, mostly used for ships

Those buildings seem perfect for the Union. I don't know why, they just do! And those pipes just make it look awesome.

Also, they use oil in WoW too. I think oil is fine, but if it gets more techy than that, it is perhaps too much.

Damn I was gonna use similar architecture. Well not those framework buildings like in center, but those non-framework since I think framwork won't work for new redesigned Tleno's island.

I don't like the fact that you've named it after a city renowned for live pornography and having a casual 'puff' and hash cookie in certain areas. But the city looks nice.

And in a siege, your city would fall within seconds. You have no wall, so troops can blow a hole through a building and march through. Not like the shrubbery will protect you. =/
