I found it. They were Joke Master group of trolls. Not even close to whole Ice Troll race. (And those were jungle trolls...)

But you're not in Argus anymore Herian, because of Chr2... Also there's a Council of the Protetorate (Though Calliope & Crystal Being are gone)
