Yes it is! Peon Amargaard controls power of time - just look at his passive ability in DPA and he rides a bronze drake, which are the guardians of time. On another note, he is a great champion, for a peon and during his time in Argus, a great team member and he was part of the Protectorate 6, which consists of him and five others. It all matches!! I solved the riddle! Finally I solved a riddle by SLA! Yay! Now I'm gonna run up and down the streets naked to celebrate this! :D
