Their region on Draenosh (forgot the name of the place, but a little dark forest filled with Broken and Lost Ones) is right next to the Sandlands, and thus they must have picked up the refugees of the fallen villages maybe? :-]

Uh no Akama is in Whitemyst Swamp and to reach there first Takakenjar forest must be passed and the war is there at the moment.
