This is more for the King Varyan HOTS.. It was very interesting, the hair and shoulders get very close. Perhaps with some facial adjustments, widening the jaw and even the chin also, making his face more coarse as in the HOTS version and darkening the skin tone a little more, it becomes even more similar.
In the armor, there could be some removal and / or insertion of elements more appropriate to him and that did not resemble Arthas so much.
