The original Night Elves are gone :l

Now there are only Trolmanian Night Elves and Eluna'vi Night Elves (If they still exist - Al don't want them to do that I think).

...and after trolman they were turned to trolmanians (during Kalimdor take over from hippies) but none of that changes their race which is "night elf".

All hippies were either killed, captured or escaped to Argus. Most escaped though.

They were? I don't remember, but I can't see how empire should have gotten night elves from if not from the hippies. Okay.

I said 'kinda'. They are a lot of different races with a lot of different backgrounds and appearances, but they share the wish for peace and the same culture after their hipifiction.

I just said they did get from hippies. They traded one master for another. But neither hippies or empire can change their race which was and will be night elf.

...that's ideology so it can't possibly be a race.
