Here, I have gone through and remaped just about everything bellow the knee, so that it all lines up right and looks better than the extrude stretchin
Here I have extruded the front of what was the hoof out, and shrinked it down slightly, reshaping it to look more like a paw.

Began repositioning things, mostly the knees and shins, as they need to stick forward a bit while the new ankle will sit backwards.
Moved everything up to be above the ground level, had to squish up the shin.
