Well you can ask windu for some of the troops i gave him. They are powerful but They have around 200 soldiers left.

Alagremm got draenei from a secluded part of Outland which he summoned in Azeroth, humans were Trolmanian villagers and the survivors of Dalaran, undead dwarves were from the underground ancient kingdom in Trolmania and high elves are the high elves survivors of Quel'thalas.

Seriously though, the Redscar Trading Co. is made up of orcs, trolls, tauren, humans, blood elves and dwarves. The members are simply people that just want to make good lives for themselves. And most will do anything to get it, from simple trading to invading an empire.
